30th Celebration: reprint confirmed for January 2027
The Pokemon Company has officially announced a reprint of the Japanese expansion 30th Celebration. The booster displays are being produced again, with shipping planned for January 2027.
What exactly is being reprinted
30th Celebration launched in Japan on 16 September 2026 and contains over 170 Pokemon cards, including 65 Secret Rares. Because of the high demand, The Pokemon Company has now announced a new production run of the booster displays.

Dates, price and the catch
Buyers are selected by lottery. Entry runs until 30 September 2026. Anyone drawn can order from 30 September to 6 October 2026 in the Japanese Pokemon Center online shop. The price is 7,200 yen, roughly 40 euros. Delivery takes place between 18 and 30 January 2027.
The catch for everyone outside Japan: the lottery requires registration, a Japanese phone number and an Individual Number Card as proof of identity. That is not an import hurdle you can solve with a forwarding address.
What is in the packs
Every booster pack contains six holographic Pokemon cards, including one guaranteed Pikachu card and one holographic energy card. The display has guaranteed pull rates: at least four Art Rares, two Classic Collection cards and one Special Art Rare.
The cards this is about
Pikachu leads the set. Alongside it come the new Futuristic Rares, the especially rare RGB cards of Mew, powerful Pokemon ex and 30 exclusive Pikachu cards.

Other confirmed cards in the expansion are Moltres 105/103 AR, Lapras 106/103, Maushold 123/103 AR, Sylveon ex 130/103 SAR and Charizard 137/103 from the Classic Collection.
What this means for buyers in Germany
Taking part directly is not possible. The lottery is limited to Japanese buyers with proof of identity, and that is where most import routes end. The reprint still matters, because it hits the market somewhere else.
Our assessment, explicitly not a statement by The Pokemon Company: if an extra wave of displays arrives in Japan in January 2027, part of it will reach the market through Japanese retailers and resellers. Anyone who wants a 30th Celebration display and is not in a hurry has good reason to wait for the turn of the year instead of paying a premium now.
