1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products within the EU. Shipping is via DHL.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

Standard shipping for orders < 50€ within Germany: 3.19€
Standard shipping for orders > 50€ within Germany: 5.55€

Standard shipping for orders < 50€ within the EU: 4.99€
Standard shipping for orders > 50€ within the EU: 6.99€

Free shipping for orders > 100€

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard Shipping within Germany: approx. 2-3 business days
Standard Shipping within the EU: approx. 2-4 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@pokelix.eu.

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived after 7 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

6. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us in advance at info@pokelix.eu to register a return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
