Yes, without exception. Every product is factory sealed and sourced directly from verified distributors in Japan and Europe — never from the grey market. Each item is checked before it ships.
You will never find repacks or rebundled sets with us. What you order is exactly the product the manufacturer sealed.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days via GLS. Within Germany that typically means delivery in 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders ship once the product is released — the estimated date is shown on the product. As soon as your parcel goes out, you'll receive tracking.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Thanks to sturdy packaging this rarely happens — but if it does, just send us a quick message with a few photos of the parcel and the damage.
We'll then sort out a solution personally and without fuss, whether that's a replacement or a refund. No form marathon, no call center.
How does a pre-order work?
With a pre-order you secure the product at the current price before it releases. Payment is taken right away and your price stays fixed — no matter how the market price moves before release.
